Depending on the specific needs of a project and the preferences of our clients, our research assistants can agree to occasional on-site presence depending on various factors. Please note this is done on a case-by-case basis.

Where are your virtual research assistants located?

All of our virtual research assistants are based in the United States. They are 1099 contractors and provide their own wifi and equipment.

How much will a virtual research assistant cost?

Every project, study, and research team is different. Pricing depends on the role our virtual research assistant will be taking on as well as the tasks they will be completing. Please connect with us to discuss further. Special pricing is available for independent clinical research sites.

What services do you not offer?

We currently only offer services related to virtual clinical operations and regulatory support. We do not assist with study design, travel on-site clinical research monitoring, and statistical analysis.
